I hold a perimenopause satsang in Newquay with Louise from Mmmyoga.
And a red tent in St Agnes with Micheline from Golden thread yoga sacred birth.
We also have a solstice celebration for both men and women at pennans roundhouse on 21st December 2025 with singing, dancing, and moving forward into the light.
