A 6 week course giving you an introduction to an holistic approach to perimenopause- reframing this transition and supporting body mind and soul
1:1 ssessions
Support to take a really holistic view of the needs of your body mind and soul, and to make manageable changes -getting yourself stronger, fitter, happier and more true to yourself as you go forward.
Live online course- starts Oct 8th
Level 1 training focuses on self healing- to allow you to strengthen your connection with your inner life force and intuition. You will then also be able to practice using energy healing for friends and family as well as to support any work/creative venture.

A series of 9 energetic transmissions adapted from Shamanic rites of passage of the Inca. here to support us in our role as earthkeepers, remembering our connection to the earth and the cosmos and the divinity within us all.
