Shamballa is a form of mutidimensional healing said have been used in the time of Atlantis and channelled by a Reiki master from Ascended Master Saint Germain. So once attuned to Shamballa you are attuned to both frequencies. You can call it Reiki or Shamballa.
I see the attunements as supporting you to channel source energy, life force energy and the frequency of universal love. We can have many names for these things but I beleive that it is about reconnecting with what is already within us and all around us.

I did my Shamballa level 1 when I was 17, and then trained in Usui to level 2 over the years. I went through a time in my life where I felt I had lost touch with myself and my intuition but once I began healing I found Shamballa again. I became a Shamballa Reiki master in 2021.
