Healing of mind body and soul
This level one energy healing training is not so much about teaching you anything new, but helping you to remember your innate gifts, abilities and capacity to heal.
We will cover how to care for our physical bodies so we can allow ourselves to be fully present here, to connect with spirit and to feel grounded upon the earth, allowing life force to flow through us.
Practicing energy healing as we go through the course and beyond will support you in your day to day life, your work and your creativity.
At the end of the course you will be able to use energy healing to support yourself, friends and family and you will have a lineage to Shamballa multidimensional healing.
You will also have a number of tools and practices to support your journey, develop your intuition and support yourself through expansion.

Yes absolutely, you will be encouraged to practice on yourself, and friends and family should you choose. Also on food, pets, anything!
If you are already a practitioner you will likely find this enhancing your work with clients but you can continue to level 2 for more support with practitioners.
You will receive a lineage to Shamballa multidimensional healing. This lineage is all about expansion, empowerment, freedom and supporting a new earth- and so supports us all to recognise our own gifts and part in this.
The aim of this course is to support a remembering of the ways and gifts that are already within you. I will share what I have learnt with you to support that but I encourage you to only take the parts that feel right for you. This course is all about supporting you to listen to the wisdom within.
This will open doors for you, but It is entirely up to you if you choose to walk through them and what you take from all of this.
I would encourage for you to get the live sessions, but as long as you can come to most then I will send you the recording if you have to miss one or two. Other than the live sessions, there are lots of resources that will remain in your portal for you to keep coming back to.
I don't offer refunds for my online courses, but if for reasons beyond your control you are unable to attend this round of the course you are welcome to join the next intake. You will also still have access to all the online materials and support which will also cover all we go through on the live calls.
